• Any phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and stable internet works. Good lighting helps.
Can I book for my teen or a family member?
• Yes—with the account holder present for minors. Plans are customized for age and lifestyle. Please note: consultations will be addressing the concerns of and personalized to the client who’s name is on the consultation booking. If you want your own booking and are a representative or guardian of the client, you will need to book your own session.
Do you sell products?
• We’re guidance‑first. If we suggest purchases, they’re optional and based on your goals and budget. We pride ourselves in recommending trusted reputable brands.
What’s your cancellation policy?
• You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows will be charged a Late Cancellation fee, which will be equal to the full service amount. Two Consecutive No-Shows will require payment up front as a deposit for any future consultation bookings.
What special considerations can you work with?
• We offer pregnancy/breastfeeding‑friendly options and flag ingredients to avoid.

• Yes. We tailor routines to each concern and adjust over time based on your skin’s response.
What products will I need to buy?
• We make brand‑neutral recommendations at different price points and suggest only what’s needed. Whether you are building a routine from scratch. We sell products through Pomp and GlyMed we will create your profile together in your virtual consult.
How often should I book follow‑ups?
• Every 4–8 weeks is common so we can review results and update your plan.
What about sensitive or reactive skin?
• We are more than experienced with sensitive/reactive skin, We take a gentle, barrier‑first approach and introduce actives slowly.
Do you offer peels or extractions virtually?
• Yes, we can offer advice for at home extractions. At home peels are offered with prepaid follow ups.
